• You purchase a standard hotel unit (25 m², double bed) from USD 95,000
• The unit is deeded in your name — an individual public title registered in Paraguay, freely transferable and resellable
• Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates the hotel entirely: staff, occupancy, maintenance, revenue management. The owner manages nothing
• One Trade S.A., the developer, commits by contract to an 8% annual return in USD — paid annually during construction and quarterly once the unit is operational, starting from the signing date
• On USD 95,000 that means USD 7,600 per year (illustrative example based on the minimum contractual return)

• Phase 1 has been open and operating since 2025, with an average occupancy above 65% — you can visit the working hotel before investing
• 4-star property: rooftop pool, 3 restaurants, events center for 450 guests, gym, spa and co-working area
• Current phase under construction, delivery scheduled for December 2027; developer financing available (USD 10,000 reservation, staged payments)
• Paraguay holds investment-grade ratings (Moody's / S&P) and one of the region's most efficient tax regimes for foreign investors — no wealth tax, rental income taxed at an effective 7.5% withheld at source
• If the hotel performs above 8%, owners share in the surplus through the hotel revenue pool
